This survey is posted without consultation with anyone including the Administrator. Participants should note that the result of this survey will not be binding on anyone but, rather, will hopefully present a populist position with the status of a persuasive recommendation to the Administrator. The "ballot" will close exactly 7 days after its initiation today, unless the thread is locked sooner by the Administrator. Participation in this ballot is to be taken as an, in principle, expression of democracy and should not be read to place the participant in any particular political or dialectical camp. How to participate:- 1. I have no interest in populist opinion. Certain people have violated our policies, have misused our facilities, and have abused our users in various manners. We don't care what the populist opinion is in regards to such people. They will be banned, and will continue to be banned. It is relevant to note that there has never been a request by any of the banned individuals to be allowed re-entry into these forums.
