US is worrted now about china buying billions of dollars worth of dual-use technology from US which could also be used to make weapons. bombs can be used to make tunnels, and also to kill. there is an ancient saying in india: never make many weak people your enemy. ants are weak, but they can kill and eat large snakes. so, if US makes its foreign policy stable and fair for all, then it will have no enemies. only then US will have no worry.
