As I know it vaishnavas worship the forms of Vishnu and their guru. Without their guru or his teaches it is impossible to become free of involvation in material world.

To other persons of life on earth they pay respect.

"Many staunch vaishnavites dont worship parents, guru and husband"

I do not know what you are referring to. We respect our parents, perform rituals for ever for them (after their death). We have a guru " Sri Thridhandi Jeeyar", whom we follow very closely. Even ladies are sincere followers of husband and respect them a lot. Can u point to any place in India where this is been happening. Not in one family but overall.

Also I believe in very olden days there was differences between Vaishnavaites and Bramhins(Siva). But today I do not see any of these. Today most of the people visit any temple.

Vasihnavaites also follow "Tiruppavai" (Alwars). Many of these scriptures been written in Tamil language. Even people who do not speack Tamil will chant them in Tamil only.
