Hindu society is a tolerant society. We do not like to fight unnecessarily with anybody, but if The Europian Union decided to ban Hindu Swastika cos a stupid Prince Harry of Britain had insulted the British people by wearing a Nazi swastika in a party then that doesn't mean that millions of Hindus have got no value.

HIndu Swastika is Our Symbol of Identity, If Nazi Swastika was the cause of Second World War, Banning the Hindu Swastika in The Europian Union could act as a cause of Third World War

It's an unreasonable proposal, and if they do ban it, I'm sure Hindus can simply defy the law and just wear it out in the open as a form of protest. No need for wars, civil disobedience should be enough to cause the British government to then change their minds.

If it is banned, then t would be teh mos silly act of the banners. How could something that is so good and peace giving for milliniums for the whole nation can be decalred bad just becaue a fool misused it in WWII?

Also note that the mis-users try to say they are aryans,

where the fact is they are not, becaue aryanis not a race,

and they do not live by the vedas.

Beside, Hindu are not the only ones who treat the symbol sacred. it is a yantra for peace and harmony.

If the jews do not object to the ban,

then Hindu-Jew or India-Isarel friendship could be in jeopardy too.

Maybe Prince Harry can wear it right way around and improve his character? Tell you the truth I think its just a publicity stunt, Prince Harry is not an idoit {ahem}, some people will do anything for a little publicity and look after the Tsanami as well..

no nazi and hindu swastika are not identical. nazi swastika was bit tilted and hindu one is straight and represented with four round spots inside sometimes

The Nazis used a reverse Swastika.Remember that the British leaders sent Jewish refugees back to Hitler to be slaughtered. The British people have no idea of the corruption of their leaders, but Harry gave them a hint. Remember that the mass murderer Francis Drake is an Honored man in their society.

no hindu uses reverse swastika, unless by ignorance.

just a reverse manta letter by letter is not a mantra,

reverse yantra could not be a yanta, unless it is symmetric in two dimensions. swastika is not symmetri even in one dimension.

you would no worship a deity hanged upside down.

so, one sould not take liberty with yantras.

The swastika is unofficialy banned in most of Europe. Not by the government but by the people because of its associations with Nazism.

hitler did use the swastika in the correct direction even if he misused its meaning.

so i'm curious...here's a question in history...why did the nazis use the swastika? ie why the swastika and not any other symbol? is there a particular significance to the choice of this symbol?

19th century anti hindu indologists fabricated a myth of aryan invasion from europee to india. they said aryan is a race.

(and it is not. they also said the vedic culture of India was brought in india by this aryans who invaded india. in contrast, the fact is that aryan or vedic culture is grown in india, and once was spread all over the world.)

so, hitler and germans identify themselves as aryans, as the superior race people. swastika is aryan symbol, so hitler chose it. germans love vedic literature, perticularly the technology literature.

Why would the British government ban the Hindu symbol? It is a mirror image of the Nazi symbol. The British government should not ban the nazi symbol either, people have a right for self expression and banning it would defy the rights and freedoms that exist in Britain today. Rights that British and thousands of hindus I will point out, fought for to destroy one of the most murderous regimes to ever exist on this planet. Putting the nazi symbol in full view should be done so humans(whatever differences we are labelled with when really they arent any) can see exactly what it means and how to prevent anything that it represents from ever happening again.
