maadhav
yes. recently a pakistani cocurt rules that giving feasts in weddings is a sinful dirty hindu practice and no muslim should do it. the court says dowery and expensive feasts in weddings are hindu traditions and cannot be allowed in pakistan. the real reason could be that some terrorists (pro ladin) could mix poison in food, and hundreds of people could die. besides the court - which is supposed to be rational - is implying that hinduism - gita - is bad, and so cannot be allowed in pakistan. the motivation the court gives is not that it is good to not over spend, but it is a hindu thing. the fact is that gita does not encourage dowary or does not tell to spend a lot of money in marriage parties. the court tries to define hinduism by the acts of malpracticeners of hinduism. the vedic culture however does encourage food distribution, according to one's ability in marriages, because a marriage is a vedic religious rite. the current economy of pak is running by the billions of dollars coming from bush to fight terrorism. so, when people have no money, it is not worth spending a lot in weddings. that is a good point. the hindus on the other hand need to give up all the malpractice of hinduism, including corruption. but never sing - iswar allah tera naam - because koran is 180 degree apart from gita. the court played socio politic and anti vedic card to hide the real reason for the ruling. perhaps a marriage is coming in the judge's home, and he is afraid of the consequences of food distribution. or needs some money to bribe a pro-ladin guy to save his life. maadhav
the reaon why i asked these questios is different than the reason you are asking me these questions. however i would share some answers. << what indian languages you speak plese? a couple. << in which state you were born or raised please? >> on one << what histoy of bharat you know please? >> vedic history and islam invasion history, and more. << what scripture you read please? >> vedas, bhagavatam, gita, etc. << what type of engineer are you please? >> vedic. (is there a job vacancy?) << why you come to america please? >> demand and supply rules. nipotism and corruption is less in US (at least at lower levels) than in bhart. like most indians, i have come lawfully. << was it for sri krsna please? >> yes. i became more krishna conscious after coming to US. i saw the vaue of the vedic culture much more when i saw the west. << or for personal wealth please? >> no. now, you have freedom to say i am a hard core lier. i would have no problem. cheers! My friend is working in TCS(Tata consultancy services) He belongs to Reddy cast, He had received 1 crore as dowry, and in Andhra pradesh it has become a practice to take 1 crore dowry. Ganeshprasad
Jai Ganesh Re (My friend is working in TCS(Tata consultancy services) He belongs to Reddy cast, He had received 1 crore as dowry, and in Andhra pradesh it has become a practice to take 1 crore dowry.) So when are you changing your cast? Sounds like Andhra pradesh is very rich. Who needs to work when there is a Reddy every where. RE ( Who cares for Gita? ) I do and most of the members of this forum. I am "readdy" to swap that crore for the grace of that recitar, if only i was that fortunate.
