English-Sanskrit Translation please?

I'm attempting to translate a sentence from English to Sanskrit (Devanagari) and am having trouble. I'm hoping that someone may help me. I have tried 'Itransliterator99' (which I highly recommend) but am still not 100% confident that I have got it completely right.

 

The sentence is - My End is My Beginning. This forms a mantra which I've learnt to live by and means a lot to me personally.

 

Any help would be very appreciated.
