Is Yoga for all

Yoga is for everyone, however people with arthritis, rheuma or joint problems cannot practice all asanas, since this can actually worsen their problems. 

Also pregnant women should not do all exercises or pranayamas, otherwise they can harm their child. 


If you are suffering from a special disease, please an experienced yogi or trainer first, before doing any tough asana or pranayama.
