Hey Chris,

 

humble introduction ,i should learn from you

 

I'm Koushik From India,21 years old ,male . I've been meditating since

april 2005 . My kundalini(not full awakening) awakened about 7 months

ago ...i have experienced samadhi many times ..most of them ending as

an explosion at 3rd eye ...because there are blockages at 3rd eye .

 

I heard that it's not safe to try for full awakening when the chakras

aren't clear .My energy has been battling with the blockages for the

past 2 months ...yesterday ..i meditated without sleeping ..I

always feel numbness .. and at times heat/ice cold energy.

 

I 'll be happy if you give me a solution ..or if you can clear the

blockages via shaktipat.
