Chris,

 

I sent you an e-mail letting you know that I was going to start yoga,

K yoga via the internet due to not having a class locally. Well I

found a Hatha Yoga class somewhat close to me, I need to check on the

cost. Does it matter which one, I mean I have your list of the

different types of yoga that will help stimulate the K, but which one

would you recommend?
