From Omar in Egypt

Hello Chrism,

 

My name is Omar, I am an artist and graphic designer and I live in

Egypt, I

am interested in all forms of higher awareness and mind expansion

technics.

 

I practised hatha yoga for about 5 years irregularly, then I knew about

Kundalini yoga and Kundalini awakening from the internet.

 

I started a kundalini practise only 20 days ago, a simple practise

according

to Yogi Bhajan, I tried some of the more advanced meditations

(meditations

for healing and protection) and I didn't feel well (increaesed body

heat and

nausea), so I stopped the advanced meditations and I practise the

simple one

along with hatha yoga.

 

in fact my body is weak, especially my second, third, and fourth

chakras,

due to long years of stress and emotional challenges.

 

I don't know anything about my aura or karmic position or anything like

that, although I would like to know if I find the way.

 

browsing the messages of the group I think the group members are

experts at

kundalini and Reiki and other things, I still don't have that much

knowledge, so I guess I will learn.
