Guest guest Posted August 29, 2008 Report Posted August 29, 2008 Hey, if you are ever in need of getting something on the go, kind of fast-food paced, Pita Pit, is a great idea. They have a bunch of vegetarian options (including hummus/chickpeas, that sort of thing) and they actually taste great. http://www.pitapit.com/ Just a quick idea Quote
Guest guest Posted August 29, 2008 Report Posted August 29, 2008 This sounds good when I'm out. I usually grab a subway but this sounds like something different. I'll have to see where one is near me. Guest guest Posted August 29, 2008 Report Posted August 29, 2008 we have Pit Pit here and it is great. I always get the buba ganush for mine with all of the veggies that I like, they also have hummus and falafel. The only probem I ever had was asking them to change their gloves before making it. Now they know to do that. I also get it on whole wheat pitas. Guest guest Posted August 29, 2008 Report Posted August 29, 2008 Thanks from me too. They have locations in San Jose (where I work) and San Francisco (which I regularly visit). I'm so tempted to go to Slow Food Nation in SF this weekend although I'm sure there will be a major crowd which I don't really enjoy. http://slowfoodnation.org/ Oops, looks like it is sort of Sold Out.
