This looks like a great change to the standard hummus I make. James'

step dad and his wife are visiting on Saturday and I'm starting to

think about a menu, nothing too strange and everything should be easy

to " throw together " ; I'm thinking about a lasagna for the main course,

it's so easy to make it vegetarian and most people never miss the meat.

This hummus will be a great appetizer and I can probably make it

tonight, so I'm not rushing around tomorrow.
