I wanted to say that I appreciate the invitation I received to join this

group. As I am newly vegetarian, within the last 6 months, I love any and

all receipes I can find. I still eat/use very little dairy, mostly due to

the fact that my partner is vegan. I tend to take old meals that I use to

it, and simply subtract the meat out of them, but now that I am cooking for

a vegan, I've had to do some substituting and I've definitely run out of a

lot of options.
