I eat so many fruits and veggies, it seems I get all the H2O I need. I have gone from drinking 60+ ounces to drinking less than 10 oz. per day. The only time I really need to drink is when I am exercising, or in very hot weather. I am considering going to a national park and getting some real spring water. I have heard mixed reviews about drinking unfiltered spring water.
