samhain lunch

today they had a party at work

they so love halloween here

anyways...

on my third beer now

and second bowl of vegan chili

mmm

sometimes life is ok...

actually.. i rarely have any vegetable stock lying around, so i often just use water

the potatoes cream it up really well

Beta Carotene and Vitamin C is good for your skin and eyes.

I used to use smashed potatoes to thicken veggie soups during the winter. Hmm... some soup with cabbage and potatoes sounds good too.fraggle <EBbrewpunx wrote:

I always call my mother, she makes me food twice a week, and I usually call her another three or four times a week ( dont think my wife likes it much though!). I`m just a big mommas boy!
