but 'normalcy' ..................... what does it mean, how would it's derivations etc. be described. Why normalcy when there is a word 'normality'? I can understand someone getting it wrong on one occasion - we can't all think of the right words all the time - but to be taken on as part of a language - ye gods!

Babe Ruth was a famoust baseball player during the early half of the 20th century

Babe Ruth, I think was a baseball player. Big lump of a guy, hardly what would pass as an athlete by todays standards. Funny thing about American sports, they like to have a World Series, without the rest of the world! hey Fraggle explain that one! It's just an old fun song that can go on forever. I don't know if and why it is used for football, but maybe that is for fun too.
