Traveled to Denver last week, higher elevation and found a much greater need to drink more water then ever. So try to remember to drink enough water when you can. Happy Holiday's, Bob Quote

Guest guest Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 Hey Bob, Thanks for the reminder. I live in Colorado in the mountains at 8000 feet. We're told to drink 4 liters of water a day.
