Just wanted to share. When I have enough water just feel better.

Traveled to Denver last week, higher elevation and found a much

greater need to drink more water then ever. So try to remember to

drink enough water when you can.

Hey Bob,

 

Thanks for the reminder. I live in Colorado in the mountains at 8000 feet.

We're told to drink 4 liters of water a day. When I moved I didn't heed that

advice and for a week or two it was almost like I was eating sugar again I was

so foggy and felt so bad.
