Guest guest Report post Posted December 18, 2007 Just wanted to share. When I have enough water just feel better. Traveled to Denver last week, higher elevation and found a much greater need to drink more water then ever. So try to remember to drink enough water when you can. Guest guest Report post Posted December 18, 2007 Hey Bob, Thanks for the reminder. I live in Colorado in the mountains at 8000 feet. We're told to drink 4 liters of water a day. When I moved I didn't heed that advice and for a week or two it was almost like I was eating sugar again I was so foggy and felt so bad. Jess Bob <yogabob7 wrote: Just wanted to share.
