Guest guest
Greetings, I have recently taken an interest in the He Shou Wu in my dispensary and it seems that to get the wonderful tonic effects of this herb, it should be honey fried. After checking with my usual suppliers I did not see any Zhi He Shou Wu offered, so I procured some local honey and decided to honey stuff myself. Can anyone provide some insight on how to self honey fry an herb? Including, how long and how high a temp to cook as well as how much honey is enough.
