requested your Senators not to include Waxman's dangerous FTC power expansion

measure in the Senate version of the Wall Street Reform bill. We are pleased to

to the Food Safety Bill that would ban BPA in food containers. We oppose the

Food Safety Bill but welcome Senator Feinstein's proposed amendment.
