extremely heavy Menstral cycle

natural approach. Would love to hear natural approach to helping this problem. I

am a total newbie to herbs so I need some education pls. Any and all suggestions

welcome. Am hoping to hear a success story! Was wondering too if accupuncture

could possibly help? Tks in advance!

I had similar symptoms, although I tried Yaz (DO NOT TAKE THIS! I'll spare you

the gory details) and haven't gone the Mirena route (I don't trust the

hormones). My gyn told me my options at this point are Mirena, ablation, and

hysterectomy. No thanks!

 

I started seeing a naturopath who put me on a course of acupuncture and some

herbal meds. So far, so good (my cycle isn't perfect, but far less gory &

painful).
