First of all, you have to have good enough kidney function to even have the

test. They will test your renal function via blood tests before you have the

test, so if your renal function is abnormal, they should not give you the

contrast. In order to elminate the contrast dye from your body, you have to

have adequate renal function aka kidney function.

Secondly, you HAVE to drink lots of water to flush out the contrast dye out

of your system because it can be harmful to your kidneys if left to build up

which Again is another reason why you have to have adequate renal function

to get the contrast dye to begin with.

It does NOT matter whether allopathic providers or natural medicine

providers, the aftercare is the same; Drink a TON of water afterwards.

Third, you can be allergic to the dye despite what they tell you. Meaning

you can have a life threatening allergic reaction to it aka anaphylactic

reaction. If you end up getting the contrast dye, you need to monitor

yourself for any feeling of shortness of breath; itching; chest heaviness;

and sweating or a feeling of being increasingly warm. These are signs that

you could be having an allergic reaction to the dye.

, and say to drink a lot of water to flush it out afterwards, but that is

mainstream medicine telling me that.

I am diabetic too.

Thanks
