Digest Number 3984

As I understand it nuts take a very long time to digest 2 1/2 to 3 hrs

according to a chart I have. I ran into trouble eating a delicious soup made

from chestnuts that a friend gave me and that was probably the problem as

she assured me there was no dairy involved.
