And, when it's time, have a proper soft tissue specialist to work on your

muscles to release spasms, reestablish metabolism, accelerate healing & advise

you on self-treatment programs. A deep tissue, neuromuscular therapist should do

the trick. Make sure you include hydrotherapy, cryotherapy, too!

My torn tendon happened a year ago, had surgery last year. So now I'm still

strengthening the ankle. Wish I knew all this back then.

 

 

 

My chiro helps with some of the stuff I'm still dealing with.
