Distilled Water

I very strongly disagree with the article below.

 

Tap water or bottles spring water contains very little

minerals. I use R-O water, which also removes all minerals, as well

as Fluoride, Chlorine, and many toxins.

 

I sure have zero interest in fasting, but if I did do a fast,

no drinking water is going to provide nearly enough minerals. I take

in minerals every day from both food and supplements and would never

look to drinking water to supply me with my mineral needs.

I agree with you. The facts are that water does not have a lot of the

minerals we need. And, in todays day and age, the tap water is full of

toxins or little toxins and a ton of chlorine.

That whole distilled water is bad for you is an old wives tale.

Distilled water is far safer to drink than any tap water.
