Sophia.... YES you can handle this without meds, in my opinion , but it will

not be by just taking an herb or two. I suggest that you get Doc's free tape

and listen to it for starters .We would need alot more data on your diet ,

exercise , age , etc, to make other suggestions to you...Mary O
