Guest guest
Indeed. Such a question. It is any way of serving spirit that takes study, time, application and choice of rightful action. In spirit, there are many crafts. Catholicism is an example of a craft, because it takes study, has rules, has a body of work, and a group of appointed people who regulate the way it is applied. Most religions are crafts. So is paganism and witch-craft. What matters is what you do with the knowledge that comes with study. Do you use it to heal, to guide, to make your world more tolerant, loving and kind. Or do you use it to make exceptions to the rules, to exclude, to mock and to harm, limit and make others feel like they are being punished. You see, a craft, is about the process of study and understanding. There is good and bad in all things. But it is up to the individual to make the choices that they are the most comfortable with. For some, those will be good choices and for others the choices will be simply, bad. And this is something you may not like to hear - but there is good and bad. Truly. Like, what you would call good days and bad days. That does not mean that you can not find beneficial things within each of those if you look closely enough. We would say, good is that which enlightens, allows for personal learning and growth without intolerant judgment. Bad would be that which comes from bitterness and rank anger that is meant to hurt, harm and cause damage. It is up to you, each of you, to learn which way is right for you.
