Anyone suffering from high cholesterol and/or coronary heart disease can benefit tremendously from using a combination of phytochemicals and other antioxidants, including Resveratrol. One of my clients, a 34 y.o. female and mother of two, had a total cholesterol of 304 and triglycerides were at 1206! After using the combination I had just mentioned, her total cholesterol dropped 90 points and her triglycerides came down to 460 in one month. She still has a way to go, but is now motivated to be healthier. Anyone interested in learning more, send an email. I have many scientific studies showing the effects of phytochemicals and antioxidants on the body. I will be glad to share with all that are interested. , " mom " <snaffles@.. .> wrote: > > My cholesterol has gone from 262 to 289 in 6 months. > HDL 77 Triglicherides 85 Direct LDL 194 > > Feeling that the french vanilla cream I was using in high quantities > could be the culprit of high cholesterol, I stopped using it in February. > > For 4 straight months I ate extremely healthy, and during the summer > brought back meat and bread. > > I am concerned that perhaps some of the supplements I have been taking > could be helping with the high cholesterol. > > Is there a site that lists the supplements that can cause cholesterol > problems? Guest guest
A short while ago my Dr told me i had high cholesterol and wanted to put me on Lipitor immediately to lower it. Well Me being me I have NOT taken it but rather done my own thing and after doing some research I found the appropriate natural products to help me achieve the same thing. Through a low fat diet and taking Red Yeast Rice and Milk Thistle I am confident that my cholsterol level will soon be " normal " . I have also been to see a Naturopath and am pleased to say that we are both on the same wave-length! After a long discussion about me and my usual eating habits, along with iridology, we actually discovered that I do not have a gluten or lactose problem as I thought, or that I have too much acid, but rather I am the opposite - I don't have enough acid in my system, which in turn means that I am not digesting food properly which in turn causes it to remain sitting for too long which in turn is forcing up my cholsterol. So she has put me on a tab that will assist in replacing the acid that my body is not producing and has upped my milk thistle dosage and between the 2 of these plus a few simple changes to my diet we expect my cholesterol levels to soon be where they should be and my whole system on a more normal keel. cheers Lyndall - " healthylife14 " <healthylife14 Wednesday, September 24, 2008 5:53 AM Re: High Cholesterol Anyone suffering from high cholesterol and/or coronary heart disease can benefit tremendously from using a combination of phytochemicals and other antioxidants, including Resveratrol. ---------- ---------- AVG says this computer is virus free! Guest guest
Dear friends I m happy u read my message ...about FLAX SEED. U cannot have the seed without grinding ,grind the seed and is very easy to do it. Take the small quantity to grind ..and after u finish it than only u grind the other lot. In one go u grind only 50 grams. because after grinding it looses its some of the properties ..so use fresh lot. Seeds u purchase and keep at home and grind small small quantity. Start with one spoon for one week and gradually increase the quantiy of intake and feel the difference. U mix with water,Juice, milk, in dough...in any form but it should go into ur body. For Cinnamon u can have it on bread with jam also.
