Guest guest
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned on this topic, but I wanted to add that in order to address the root cause of the Thrush to completely eliminate it you would need to address the Candida overgrowth in the body. I see that probiotics has been mentioned and they are great for restoring friendly bacteria in the intestines. The capsules can of course be taken by mouth, but it's also said to be even more effective when administered through enema. Doing this by opening the capsules and pouring the contents into an enema bag or bottle with pure water (a comfortable temperature). It is recommended to take the probiotics on an empty stomach when taking them by mouth. To address the fungus itself you can use the herb pau d'arco as this herb has antifungal properties. For dietary recommendations - Eliminiate refined sugars and carbohydrates from your diet as this feeds the fungus. Once you get over the thrush it may be necessary to temporarily take an immune boosting herb such as echinacea. Hope this helps. Guest guest
I'm not sure what to tell you. If it were me, I think I would try using the tongue scraper gently and see if it helps or hurts. Along with the other measures to get rid of the fungus.
