Tim,

 

You might look at the messages for the last month or so, as there

were quite a lot of messages dealing with this or similiar issues.

Look up Systematic Desensitization on the net. Also, keeping busy

helps. Count to 10 and take deep breaths. Say how you feel.

Tim: You may want to check out a product called " Swedish Tranquility " by

Swedish Herbal Institute you can call them at 800-774-9444 and there

site is at www.adaptogen.com ...They are also good about sending a few

samples of there products so ask...These are good products and I have

nothing to do with this company, I use there products in my clinics....
