Yep.

 

We've all been there, and we can easily go back to that sucking

position just by certain thoughts.

 

So, cognitive structuring is very important AFTER YOU NOTICE what

you are doing.

This whole thread reminds me of when I was a freshmen in High school

and everyone loved talking to John, they'd open up

like the damn burst and I'd end up feeling like a commode.When I

wanted to talk about something bugging me guess what ? Eventually

I went back to being a smart ass and they lost the desire to talk to me,

I spent more time alone but felt better.

 

It also reminded me how when I let myself get low and miserable I've

been known to go fishing for pity. It's a real sly sucking technique,

thing is I usually notice it and then feel like real floater....lol

and I have to give myself a flush.....and laughing will sometimes break

the state....

 

anyone still up at 3:22 pac

 

Guess I should try some dreamtime.

Nope.

 

But the part about " laughing will sometimes break the state " could

be close.

 

You need a " part " or " two " after " floater " and before " laughter " .

 

But, if it works, keep at it, because " working well " is what counts.

### Lets see...

I make myself low and miserable and sometimes become aware of it

while in it and sometimes I can break out of it by laughing at

myself. Theres no consistantcy however because I lack some steps to

get from one state to the next.

###So between feeling " stupid " about bringing my self down so low and

laughing at the ridiculousness of it I need " a part or two " hmmmm

to bridge the states, giving me a consistant resource.

If I had a part or two that would bridge these two states, what would

they be?...........they'd have to be anchored for one....I'll let

this perculate for a while.

### But cancels the previous remark,so he's made a suggestion, use

it if you like or continue with your hit and miss method as long as

it works for you because its the results you get that matter.
