Guest guest
Help! My ovaries ache halfway through my cycle, when they say that you ovulate. I sometimes get a mild backache, too, but the area around my ovaries is really painful. I take Midol and other pain relievers but is there a natural remedy that I could use? Thanks!! - Anna ****************************** Proud to be a gym rat? Don't think it's strange to ask people how much they can bench press? Or to ask for advice on building your delts? Guest guest
Hi Anna..I am not being insensitive to your problem for I had the same problem. The pain was so bad that it got to the point that I had to take pain medications during ovulation and pre and post mentstruation. I got a full hysterectomy. I have never been happier. I wish I would have done this years ago. I am only 39 but should have done after my last and 4th child at 32.... Guest guest
Hi Anna I use chammile and lavender in almond oil and rub on that area and it helps or you can take valerian which helps the muscles relax Cathy Mcv1052
