Guest guest
Hi OneLove. On CureZone there is a Full Body Cleansing Protocol listed that says a parasite cleanse should be done before liver cleanse. Do you feel this is necessary to clear up rosacea or have the liver cleanse be as effective as it can be? I think the protocol said to do the parasite cleanse for a whole year before! I'd hate to have to wait that long to do the liver cleansing. Does anyone know if there is a good website for looking up drug/herbal interactions? Take care, Bonnie
Guest guest
Greetings Bonnie The people behind the curezone.com are primarily promoting the protocol of Hulda Clark which I do not recommend. Andreas Moritz says removing internal congestion through bowel and liver cleansing is the key to removing parasites if you have any. Parasites need congestion in order to survive. If you feel inclined to do a parasite cleanse, I would only recommend it after you no longer pass liver and gall stones. Sorry I am not aware of a website for drug and herb interactions. Kind regards OneLove bonnie_hil <bonnie_hil wrote: > Hi OneLove. > On CureZone there is a Full Body Cleansing Protocol > listed that says > a parasite cleanse should be done before liver > cleanse. Guest guest
Thank you OneLove. You have no idea how at ease you've put me. I intuitively trust this forum the most. I have been reading Prout's book. Love everything I am learning! I am a little confused at times and figure I will read it again at a later date. Ayurvedic Healing and Ayurvedic cooking are next on my list. I have been doing some cross checking already for foods compatible for pitta fire. Prout mentions using foods I thought I shouldn't: tomatoes, radishes... It seems to be one of those concepts that seems complex initially but will get simple with experience. I do have another question: Does the file here on ayurvedic cleansing contain all the info. I need for optimal cleansing? I've heard mention of apple juice in the past. Or should I get The Complete Book of Home Remedies by Dr. Vasant Lad, for full details? Take care, Bonnie
Guest guest
Hi Bonnie I am glad you found the information to be of value. There are some contradictions between the enegetic nature of food according to ayurveda and Chinese medicine. The ayurvedic food list is easier for the beginner to follow. When you see a contradiction regarding a particular food item, for example a radish, I suggest putting it to the test. On a empty stomach, eat just that food item and see how you react to it. Also cooking the food item can alter its energetic quality. Yes, the file on the ayurvedic cleanse has all the information required to do the cleanse. The book by Dr. Lad is not required. The apple juice you have read about here is used only in the liver cleanse. All the best OneLove bonnie_hil <bonnie_hil wrote: > Thank you OneLove. > You have no idea how at ease you've put me.
