The Hunzas lying about their age?

Guess their lifestyle made them look so old they didn't want

to admit their true ages. I believe it and i'm still laughing.

Hi Ron,

Checkout some real Centenarians!

Okinawa Centenarian Study

http://okicent.org/index.html

Not as good as the book but still plenty of good data on the longest living

folks on the planet. Still going to work,

gardening, running businesses, making love and enjoying life at 100 +!

Hi Rick,

Yup.............

No magic pills, just you are what you eat.

The Elders also get heaps of flavones (about 100 mg per day), while most

westerners get < 5 mg.
