Okinawa Centenarian Study http://okicent.org/index.html Not as good as the book but still plenty of good data on the longest living folks on the planet. Hi Rick, Yup............. No magic pills, just you are what you eat. The Elders also get heaps of flavones (about 100 mg per day), while most westerners get < 5 mg.
