need energy in the middle of the day

Dear Ange...

Sounds like a couple of things might help....

First of all, the greatest source of fatigue during the day is

actually dehydration! (Reference the book: Your Bodies Many Cries

For Water.) So try drinking at least a gallon of water through out

the day, and best yet, start the day with at least a quart of

water... See what that does for the energy levels... Consider it

also a cleansing as you open more fully to your spiritual path...

Secondly, if you are in pain, that takes up a lot of energy... The

simpliest of tasks become mountains when we are hurting... Have you

looked into massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, homeopathy, yoga- or

some other form of natural healing to help your back get back into

shape?

Thirdly, if you are having a hard time going to sleep that late at

night, and after such a full day, check out the homeopathic remedy

Pulsatilla 30c. Pulsatilla is indicated when you are wound up in

the evening and can't find that restful place to drift peacefully

off to sleep... Also great if you have trouble sleeping the whole

night, as compared to arsenicum alb. when you have trouble around

12:00-2:00 am or Nux Vomica when you wake around 3:30 to 4:30 and

then can't go back to sleep until the alarm is about to go off...

Try these things and let us know how it goes...

And I will have more to add to this shortly, but first let's see how

far this takes you...

Best Wishes,
