Guest guest
I forgot to mention that Peppermint can be totally harsh. You have to be mindful of Peppermint. A child under 2 should not even smell peppermint. Small kids need to be watched when using peppermint. They are NOT to have peppermint in bath or on skin even when properly blended in carrier oils. In fact, there are other oils you can use instead of peppermint. Try those when kids are young. [spearmint and ravensara come to mind] Also, for urgent situations. For a cut if you think to grab the tea tree and have no sense or time to dilute it. Perhaps you have no carriers handy. Even diluting in olive oil or milk is better than applying 'neat'. Water will not dilute E.O.s We smelled 10 oils without knowing what they were. And we wrote down our impressions about the oils. Then we found out what they were. That was so much fun. Again, you need good air flow or you can get giddy. I even had a bit of a head rush so I went outside for 10 min. to clear the head. If you smell coffee beans it sort of cleanses the system like eating sorbet between courses in a meal. Every few oils I smelled the coffee beans and it helped to differentiate them when I smelled them. We covered: Cedarwood Eucalyptus Grapefruit Lavender Lemon Neroli Orange Peppermint Tea Tree Ylang Ylang You can ask me any questions you have about those oils. If I can answer them I will. dawne New and Improved Mail - Send 10MB messages!
