Guest guest
Hi Dawne... Good questions... Actually, because homeopathy is energetic medicine, whether you take one pellet at a time, or the whole bottle at the same time- does equal amount of good... What makes the remedy have more " punch " if you will, is how often you take it... More frequent, more punch. You can also play with the potency, but when you change that, you also change the depth of impact that the remedy will have. And more than 30c can be difficult to find. In retrospect, I would probably take rhus tox and the ruta grav at the same time... Just makes life easier, especially since those remedies go well together... But generally alternating for me means dose to dose. If you start with A, then next dose take B, then back to A, and so on... As symptoms improve the general rule of homeopathy is to cut back gradually, if the symptoms change, then to find the next set of remedies that match the new symptoms... If you like that combination remedy, then try it and see what it does. If it does not work you can always try rhus/ruta afterwards. But my general preference, even if I use more than one remedy at a time, is that they are specifically chosen to match the given symptoms. You can not have that individuality with a pre-set formula. But that is me. Be Well, Misty L. Trepke http://www..com > Misty, > I have some Rhus Tox in the medicine cabinet and can get the > Ruta Grav fairly easily.
