I've read several net sources about remedies but these do not always correspond with a few books I've looked in. Can someone recommend a net source they trust or a book that might be easily found in a library? If I have to buy it I'd prefer for it to be a very good book in general so that we can get our money's worth. I've seen books on homeopathy for women's health, for example, that I thankfully have no need of. I'd have to be a good general family reference. I have tried 2 different remedies already. But didn't notice enough relief to feel that I had found the right remedy. I've increased my intake of foods high in B vitamins and am taking a supplement as well.
