the Shabad Guru lecture series. These twenty-two lectures tap just a drop of the

wisdom recorded during his lifetime.

 

In the lecture entitled, " We the People " , the Siri Singh Sahib shares a deeper

understanding of sangat, pangat, and lungar by explaining the vibratory

frequency of the words that we use to relate to these concepts. " Sangat means

the grace of partnership. Pangat means the grace of water and food….Lungar lines

are the anchor where we sit and be steady. "

Dear Kundalini Yoga ers...definitely go on line and watch some of these

videos!

 

Yogi Bhajan was very purposeful in making his lectures/talks/classes. He wanted

future generations of Yoga teachers/student and Sikhs to watch these and have a

direct connection with what he said, did and believed.
