Have any of you heard and completed Sodarshen Chakra Kriya

for 2.5 hrs and what have your experiances been?

I did complete 2.5 hours of So Darshan Chakra kriya for a week with a

group in Espanola in the

early 90's.

 

The group met at the Ranch in Espanola for 40 days, I was there for a

week

and then continued my practice thereafter, traveling, of 1 hour a day

1/2 hour in the morning and 1/2

hour in the evening for the remaining 40 days. It was great to start

with a group!

 

The whole experience was very transformational, I had issues related

to my digestion, and this really helped to solidify all the other

work I had done

prior to starting this meditation, as well as it helped me to let go

of a good bit of anger.
