Adi Shakti

[Guest guest]

Sat Nam,

I am teaching my first Kundalini Yoga class May 7th, and would like to

use the Adi Shakti Mantra for a meditation at the end of class.

Does anyone have medtitaions that use this mantra??

Thanks for the help

Dear Ram Das Bir Singh,

You can find the Adi Shakti mantra transliteration, translation and some music for it from a couple of different wonderful musicians, plus some commentary at www.SoulAnswer.com/mother_planet.html . Hope this is useful, Dear! This is such an important mantra these days!

Lots of Love,
