What happens when 12th house from B happens to be a benefic house? 9th lord is 12th from 10th house. I am not sure in KAS how we treat the event for 10th house in the anatara of 9th lord ? In traditional VA 9th and 10th connection is dharmakarmadhipati yoga and is considered high rajayoga. How will we treat 9th and lord in connection with 10th house lord. Can we say 10th house is enhanced. What if houses A, B, C for 10th are in connection with 9th lord? Mars is important. 6th house is that of enemy, and 7th is that of opposite party i.e. 7th from 1st SELF. 3rd house is LoE for 10th so authority, 6th is that of status and 3rd house is LoD for 6th. So 3rd in that way becomes upachaya for both 6th and 10th. Also dedication is important and hard work for preparing and training. Mars is important for daring and courage as u gave. Then timing of event is also important, as for example if there is Olympic games happen once every 4 years and say one is training for 100 mts run then that might finish in less than 10 seconds and for that person must prepare for years. Compare that to a marathon, or then u can have ball games. So for each thing like u said, u must apply yourself and study it closely. Now someone’s sports career might span for years like that of say Sachin tendulkar and for someone like a 100 mts runner, then for that it might be a shorter span. So antra running during that time becomes important. Otherwise say if someone prepares for 100 mts run for 4 years and then 1 day before the finals he sprains his hamstring then he is unable to take part. So then such things also have to be kept in mind. So even there daily points, influence of 2nd lord on antra etc become important, sa and ju points, transit of all planets become important. However, 6th house is B for 6th, D for 9th, E for 1st, A for 11th and C for 2nd, hence it is not bad for these houses. Now lord of 12th from B is malefic for results for house B. So, 6th house will be malefic for 7th as well as 5th house. Now for 7th house is also lord of 12th from B so it is malefic in that respect as well. Hence I think a relationship that starts in antra of 6th lord may break in antra of planet with high points in WS. Regarding your question of what will happen in lord of 4th house as 12th lord to B, event wise it may bring marriage for the native since it is lord of 10th from 7th. However, if lord of 2nd or 10th are SD to 4th house then it reduces the quality of 5th house since 2nd and 10th are D and E for 5th house and 4th house is lord of 12th from B. However, this said, I must also add that I have very less practice for relationship related events and if you have charts for practice that will help a lot.
