I think that generally parivartana yoga between Shani and Mangal which is malefic yoga for health, and quadrant aspect between Shani and Mangal is very bad thing, with lord of eight bhava chandra in lagna. If fourth bhava is not afflicted wee see than fifth bhava, Simha rashi and Karka rashi in general. Well see dashas lords on that day. Shani is malefic in fifth bhava: marakesh, debilitated. Shukra is too himself marakesh for Dhanur lagna and lord of 6 and 11 bhava, Shukra is very malefic. Ketu malefic with Shani and such Shukra it is not favorable thing in that bhava.
