If it is deposited in the star of a retrograde planet, there will not be fulfilment of desire (which is success in interview, in this case). 6th house shows competition and 6th CSL signifying 2,6,10,11 shows success in job/ competition in general. It was 5.5 years ago for me when I witnessed this miracle in my life and I still remember it like yesterday. What a Magnificent way to celebrate the Glory of God !!!  So my advice is : Instead of trying to prepare " the " moment of Birth, Prepare " for " the moment of birth. Brace yourself for that wonderous joy, elation, responsibility, pride and all the coktail of emotions that cannot be put in to words. Prepare physically by painting the child's room, by starting a baby book with the Ultrasound images. Even if someone wants to play God, they can not change the birth time of a child, no matter how well one has planned it. In another list a person approached the astrologers for an auspicious time for delivery of his twins. This was last year. I understand that the doctor had given a probable date of 8th of a particular month for C-Section. The over cautious prospective father was trying to find the auspicious times for the entire week starting from the first of the month to the 8th, on each day. Later, it so happened that the delivery happened in the last week of the previous month itself.
