Dear Bhagavati ji, Who violated imigration laws? Osho who was in silance during those days or his students who tries to pack him to US under any trick? By the way - why is it that excpet the imigration rule breaking (which thousands break in US, and does not have any value from the perspective of humanity as a global community), why the US Govt could not find any charge against him? You too a poor victim to propaganda?!! :)//He had used nitrous oxide for his sickness. Nitrous Oxide is the other name for laughing gas.// Ha....Ha..... interesting.... :=) It seams that the whole world was joleous against the laugh of Osho! :=) You want to laugh like Osho? :=) Just attend one of the Osho meditation camps - or even just start reading Osho - you will start laughing like him! :=) Because - * it is that much fun and foolishness we see around! * it becomes clear to us - what a fools we are and in what a sleep we are! * we feel so blessed and happy from inside that laugh becomes natural to us - almost every moment. :) So like the US fools, let us don't be jeleous about one who laugh and but instead laugh :=)Love and regards,Sreenadh , "bhagavathi_hariharan" <bhagavathi_hariharan wrote:>> Dear Sunilji,> > > //even otherwise i dont think osho cud hav escaped it without going tru all trails and punishmnts if he is any way involved and even it says they hav injected slow poison to him and after that episode osho was always sick //> > he was not let off easily. Sunil ji,

//We r digging gold not mud so 2 tonnes of mud has may b has one gram gold or

more ,which one we select is our choice

In the end we r not worried abt even who is osho /budha /or mahavira we r after

the truth and truth can shine own its own way .//

Beautifully said....I agree. What matters is the truth and not the person who

revealed it to the world.

blessings,

Dear Sirs

In 1970s there was a monthly magazines called  the Mirror

published by Eves Weekly  - if I Remember Correctly.

Mr. Narendra Desai - an eminent astrologer used to contribute

Astrological prediction for this  magazine

One of the articles ( not  by Desai)  published was are Jesus and Krishna the

same.

The Comparisons and analogies were interesting to read

I wonder if any body could  get hold of this article

Dear Sirs,

This is a free country and a democracy . Any body can write anything.

But theres a difference between Krishna and Jesus.

Krishna is the " God " Himself, while Jesus is the " Son of the God " .

(Here I do not mean to say that Jesus was Krishna's son, I mean in

Christianity, Jesus is the son of the God)

regards,

Bhaskar.

Can somebody tell me, whether Eves Weekly is from the same Group of

magazines such as Womens era, Grahashobha, Sarita etc. ?

If from the same Group, then I have experience of 35 years with this

Group, who are against Hinduism and extoll their writers to write only

about the malpractises in the Hindu religion and rituals. Just pick up

every copy of " Sarita " for last 30 years, and check that you will always

mandatorily find articles against Hindu rituals and customs, which are

shown in bad light, in every issue. I believe some missionary agenda is

being followed here and due to no other good publications, the public ,

the Hindu women are forced to read all this rot. .

Dear Neelamji,

Your info. is correct as usual.

Yes that name was not coming on my lips. " Delhi press' is the main

publication who are actually busy in spreading venom of the negative

sides of Hindu customs as far as I have judged from the contents of

their publications since last three decades, and having spoken with one

of their writers on their team.

Bhaskar.

Dear Bhagvatiji,

Please read what Osho had to write about sex.

Scandal followed him, but he was not part of scandal. It was always about the followers who went astray or overboard. It is this scandalous rep which is prejudicing his writing. Read him. You will be refreshed. No hanky - panky stuff.

Dear Bhaskarji,//You said he had HIV, but I dont think HIV was rampant that time or so common as of today.//I do not say that he had HIV, a possibility. He died in 1990. The first reported case of HIV in India was in 1986. I started working in clinical microbiology in 1994. That time, we worked only on TB and HIV. I was part of an active research on HIV in India. I myself reported three full blown cases in 1994. In the US, it was widespread in the 80's itself. The organism was identified and major research was completed in 1986 itself. There was a major controversy between a french and a US group in identification of this virus. Ultimately, the recognition went to the French group. // In India most of the households are suffering from lack of proper sex. Women dont like to give it to their husbands for n number of reasons. The men folk are into pooja and day to day duties but deprived of the pleasures which are rightfully

theirs. I dont blame neither the men nor the women. But living such a Life where one cant express himself to his partner what he wants, and every private affair and rendezvou becomes just a formality, is just a eyewash.//The meaning of marriage in India is much much beyond "sex". It needs deeper understanding. How did our grandparents have 14 children, without sex? Sex is meant for procreation (even the ancient Indian Kings had many wives, for the sake of family), that is the law, when it is exchanged for pleasure, the society changes to something else... this is well known. So the choice is always open, you marry for a family or you marry just for pleasure- no family//Most marriages in our circles are all broken long back but allowed legally to remain just for social reputation and family status. The husbands and wives live like complete strangers in their bedrooms and meet probably once a month on the physical level for formality, just

because it has to be finished with. Out of ridicule, fear and ostracisation no body has the guts to speak out about what they miss in their lives and what they want.//This maybe the condition with the modern Indian Society, which is falling. True, we had the era of Savitri, we will see draupadis, rishyasringas, kunti-putras etc// Though I am like Dev anand and would never consider myself old.He was a great crowd puller, and mostly females. How many Indians canpull foreign ladies ? He had the power to do it though he was nothandsome as most of our yesteryear Indian Film stars.//Pulling foreign ladies by Indian men is the easiest thing to do. White women are easily susceptible to spiritualism. They like to experiment everything. (Teenagers get pregnant to have a feel of it) Since you are like Dev Anand, you can be even powerful than OSHO. If you don the role of a spiritual Baba and wait at the Los Angeles airport for 4

hours, you can see 400 women line up after you. Wish you good luck!!!! But after experimentation, they will go away. Be careful.bhagavathi

Just pick up

every copy of "Sarita" for last 30 years, and check that you will always

mandatorily find articles against Hindu rituals and customs, which are

shown in bad light, in every issue. I believe some missionary agenda is

being followed here and due to no other good publications, the public ,

the Hindu women are forced to read all this rot. .

Manoj,

"Stating facts are not criticism"

You have mentioned no facts . What you have mentioned is not even making sense.

" promote someones big ideas on Osho......"

Is this a fact ? Who is giving is Dollars or Rupee payment to promote his ideas ?

" UNLIKE OSHO who pleaded guilty to escape Jail from USA authority."

He did what was advised by his Lawyer. At time of distress "gadhe ko baap banana padta hai " Have you not heard of this ?

"UNLIKE Osho who would abuse the various Govts and would go into angary diatribe if things didnt go his way "

He was a man and not a sissy to criticise after somebody is dead.

"One instance is when all his things were confiscated in USA he was so upset that he went wild with rage and all this are on record. "

Should he have laughed at his things being confiscated ? What rubbish are you talking ? Would you not go wild by rage if your things are confiscated ?

" It would be right to say on OSHO that HATHI KE DAT DIKHANE KE ALAG AND KHANE KE ALAG. "

You can say this about most human beings on earth . So whats new here ? At least he was blunt, frank and outright in his expressions .

Your mind is clouded completely. You cannot see the positives in anybody. So better you must keep quiet and remain an inactive passive member.

" It seems that the idea of free meal is> really hung up on you guys. "

Who is taking the free meal ? We or You ?

Dear Bhaskarji,

The Bible also says that all are children of God and that one has to qualify to say so. This means that if one realises that all are borthers (and sisters) then only one qualifies to call oneself as the son of God and Jesus Christ was qualified for that. Jesus Christ could have been benefitted by his learning in India during his 16 years of sojourn in India.

Dear Chiranjiv ji,

//> Rajneesh wore a Rado watch not for his affinity towards luxury but because

simply his followers gave it to him.//

It could well be that he Rado watches as well. The same could be true about

his love for perfect driving in smoth luxuary cars, love for precious stones etc

as well. Why comaflaugue things?

*  Krishna loved play the flute and drive the chariot and had many wives -

should I be bothered because of that?

* Christ loved to drick wine - should I be bothered because of that?

* Ramakrishna and Vivekananda loved to smoke and ate fish - should I be bothered

because of that?

* Mahaveera almost never too bath it is said - should I be botherd because of

that?

* Buddha left his wife and chil behind and was reluctant accept ladies as saints

- should I be bothered because of that?

I believe all these are none of my business, and I am satisfied with the great

wisdom they share with me and thankful for the same towards them. If I love to

swim and make a swimming pool for the same in my home, should that be thing of

concern to my astrology students? When will we be growing up and would start to

look beyond and start respecting the individual freedom - I wonder!

Why we associate our stupid concept of 'untouched, unaffected by anything' the

concpet of 'deatachedness' , our charicature model for 'sanyasi (saint)' with

the truly enlightened people? Are they supposed to fit into our low standard

mental models and moulds? What right I have to say that a sage shouldn't have a

wife? Is it that just to get our stupid respect the 'sage should start acting

detachment towards life and leave his wife'? Or is it that he should follow his

own innersound and if feels that whether with family or not he would be in

conciousness always - there is no harm in letting it remain so? Do you think

that even the great sages like Vasishtra's and Yajnavalkya' s life enough

to teach us this truth? The point is - we have NO RIGHT to 'expect' that

the enlightened ones should behave so and so; actually it will never be so! Let

us not imitate the life habits of the enlightened ones, but only the wisdom they

imparted to

us.

Love and regards,

Sreenadh

Dear Sunilji,

Not only Jesus, Cheiro, but the world over has benefitted by visiting

India. Some have acknowledged while others have not. Most of the Western

astrologers have admitted to the great Occult knowledge of the Indians.

But those who could have given back after taking did not. We still have

to bid for the artefacts of Gandhiji, Tipu Sultan etc, and we still have

not got back the Kohinoor. All this and hundreds and thousands of other

such matters which when remembered, do not comfort but make one sad at

the continous weakness of the governance since last 1200 years and

continuing till today.

regards,

Bhaskar.

Dear Mrs. Bhagavathi Ji and respected List!!

I was following this thread, please note i am not making any judgement about

OSHO and his followers/believers here because i see some turth in every argument

coming from learned people out there... be it from yourself, Sri Sunil Nair Ji,

Sri Bharskar ji, Sreenadh Ji and all valuable contributors..

Allow me to share my thoughts and my views on this... i don't know much about

OSHO just heard/read long time back (since my childhood days) same old +ve and

-Ve aspects of and about him which is again discussed here...

I hail from North Karntaka where many elivated souls, Saadhu Mahapurashas were

lived and thrived once. They are called LIVING LEGENDS and thier Philosophy of

LIFE is very Simple and POWERFUL you no need to do any meditaton just have to

understand the inner meaning of their teaching and follow that life path.

let me quote one of the *Vachana* (It is called Vahana Saahitya of Sarvadnya) of

great philosopher who lived i guess in 16/17th Century he is called *SARVADNYA*

his teachings are in Dwipadi/Tripaid (Two and Three line quotes) in poetic form

(Any Member(s) here from HUBLI-DHARWAD or North part of Karnataka may correct me

and share more info on this please)

He said and i quote

It is in Kannada (old Kannada language)

*Becchana Mane iddu, vecchakke Honniddu

Manasicchina Madadi iralu, Swargakke Kichhu Hacchu anda Sarvadnya*

If i loosely translate in English (my English is not that good), he says clearly

and you see HOW TRUE it is..

If you have a Warm/warmth of Home (No matter HUT or MANSION),a Money to meet the

expenses, AND a desired/like minded Wife with you, THEN *You Lit Fire to the

Heaven*

Then no one needs this OSHO type of people is my personal view...

I completely agree ALL your Responses to Sri Bhaskar Ji at the same time what

Bhaskaji has mentioned is ALSO the present dayp Practical happenings in India..

Dear Bhaskarji,

//You said he had HIV, but I dont think HIV was rampant that time or so common

as of today.//

I do not say that he had HIV, a possibility. He died in 1990. The first reported

case of HIV in India was in 1986. I started working in clinical microbiology in

1994. That time, we worked only on TB and HIV. I was part of an active research

on HIV in India. I myself reported three full blown cases in 1994. In the US, it

was widespread in the 80's itself. The organism was identified and major

research was completed in 1986 itself. There was a major controversy between a

french and a US group in identification of this virus. Ultimately, the

recognition went to the French group.

// In India most of the households are suffering from lack of proper sex. Women

dont like to give it to their husbands for n number of reasons. The men folk are

into pooja and day to day duties but deprived of the pleasures which are

rightfully theirs. I dont blame neither the men nor the women. But living such a

Life where one cant express himself to his partner what he wants, and every

private affair and rendezvou becomes just a formality, is just a eyewash.//

The meaning of marriage in India is much much beyond " sex " . It needs deeper

understanding. How did our grandparents have 14 children, without sex? Sex is

meant for procreation (even the ancient Indian Kings had many wives, for the

sake of family), that is the law, when it is exchanged for pleasure, the society

changes to something else... this is well known. So the choice is always open,

you marry for a family or you marry just for pleasure- no family

//Most marriages in our circles are all broken long back but allowed legally to

remain just for social reputation and family status. The husbands and wives live

like complete strangers in their bedrooms and meet probably once a month on the

physical level for formality, just because it has to be finished with. Out of

ridicule, fear and ostracisation no body has the guts to speak out about what

they miss in their lives and what they want.//

This maybe the condition with the modern Indian Society, which is falling. True,

we had the era of Savitri, we will see draupadis, rishyasringas, kunti-putras

etc

// Though I am like Dev anand and would never consider myself old.

He was a great crowd puller, and mostly females. How many Indians can

pull foreign ladies ? He had the power to do it though he was not

handsome as most of our yesteryear Indian Film stars.//

Pulling foreign ladies by Indian men is the easiest thing to do. White women are

easily susceptible to spiritualism. They like to experiment everything.

(Teenagers get pregnant to have a feel of it) Since you are like Dev Anand, you

can be even powerful than OSHO. If you don the role of a spiritual Baba and wait

at the Los Angeles airport for 4 hours, you can see 400 women line up after you.

Wish you good luck!!!! But after experimentation, they will go away. Be careful.

In Amitabhs Chart, he has Budhi Aditya Yoga, par excellence, of the

highest calibre. Spica which is considered the most fortunate star , is

on the degree of both Sun and Mercury appearing in Virgo, in the 8th

house of Amitabhs chart. His Mercury as soon as it entered his Life as

the Mahadasha Lord brought him back all that was missed. Check it out.

(Spica is our Chitra).

Now problems are soon going to enter his Life in bundles. But I rather

talk only about positives. Such a great man, whom we all love and

respect, it is not comfortable to look at anything unrosy.
