What is is unfornatunate here is that the combination only means there is no karmic debt towards others but it does not mean there is no karmic balance. Put in positive terms, it would have been a desirable bonanza for the native if the combination means there is no karmic balance. Hope I am clear. But what I say is that it is always better to have no/less karmic debts towards others too. More important than that is you should accumulate as less karma as possible in this birth, since you do not have any control over the bag of Karma you have brought along with you.
