So those who are interested can follow the thread.We understand that any exchange creates a constant flow and exchange of planetary influences of the two lords within the two concerned houses. Thus, the good parivartans give good results and parivartan involving trik houses can result in inauspicious results. Generally then, a 5-7 exhange is a good exchange being a kendra-kona exchange. The planets will work to support the 5H activities for 7H and vice versa. Hence we presume that an affair in 5H will result in marriage in 7H. But this is a highy generalised, but indicative statement. One may start looking at such a chart with this statement at the back of one's mind. But final results will depend on other planetary influences also. Here in the chart that we are discussing, 7L is moon and 5L is venus, who is also 10L. Let me try it from some other angle (as discussed by SJC group). May be I am wrong in the application again ! The Upapada Lagna (UL) falls is Libra and Arudha lagna on Scorpio. So, it is a 2:12 relation of AL and UL. In such cases, the perosn rejects the relationship. (As UL is 12th to AL). The 2nd House to UL is having Retro Jup. Jup here should have extended the relationship. However, the retro part indicate some unfinished desire from past life. Jup is also 12th and 3rd lord .. a physical desire ? If we look at other marriage significators, Jupiter is retrograde and Venus is afflicted by deb Mars. Mars occupying 7H is not good for marriage. In Navamsha 7L is Jupiter who is retrograde. Overall, the marriage signfictors are all afflicted. There seems to be a slim chance for marriage. I see the possibility of a very delayed marriage (after 40+ years) if at all it has happened.
