I have started to learn KP just a few weeks ago, as when i reading book, it attracted me when it said to pinpoint events, and then my good luck that bhaskar ji guided me very well. Well, regarding your doubt, Venus afflicted by Saturn , no doubt but Functional significator ,Mars, is quite healthy and in 11th house.Even Saturn and Jupitor are quite Strong to give this event in this time.Delay will end in July this year and this may prompt the Saturn for the event as earliest possible.Delay causing planet is itself active in the event, so i will go for Saturn antra within Oct-Dec2007 Rest, about the results, depends upon the feedback from the native.
