He (your brother) is obviously is dependant or rather scrounching off the family to fund his living/dwelling. Could the family simply cease to pay/fund his living/accommodation. Life is such that one has to be " cruel " to be kind with those who simply take the " biscuit " ........ 2. Legally your family may have a chance to reclaim the property subject to certain jurispundence and conditons, and or indeed seek reinbursement of the entire or possibly some of the monies the family have putforward to fund the house. Normally the first and most important evidential documentation needed would be proof of the monies being paid to fund the property, this would be the start. In the West, it does recognise such instances where as similiar to what you are experiencing, but most of the time these cases are related to conjugal separations. However, none the difference, as the legal principles are the same. I am currently unable to quote you any cases names for you to read, which may indeed help you to understand. Thus, suggest you google " property dispute " or " property rights " , you will find something to give you ideas on what you may be able to use to handle the suitation with your brother from a legal perspective. I am suspecting you are in India? in that case the legal rules and jurispendance will most probably be different and I am not familiuar with Indian legal systems or laws ( iam Asian but not from India). So i would STRONGLY suggest that you seek legal advise on this matter, & understand what your families rights are if any from supporting the property with monetary aid. 3. By seeking legal advise what you will gain is an advantageg over your brothers' circumstances & security. What i mean by this is that, if you find to gain from the legal advise (your rights and you have entitlements to the property if any) you could use this knowledge to " shake " your brother back into place, give him a reality check, and most probably a final ultimatuim and show who really is the BOSS of the house so to speak!!! 4. I appreciate the Asian cultural ettiquits and ethics around family & " Izzat " . No one would want to take a member of their family through a court hearing, nor wash their " dirty laundury in public " . Family matters at most times is best dealt with within the family and the confines of the four walls. I am not suggesting you take him to court, but merely (strongly) advocating that you learn and understand what your rights are or indeed could be in this suituation. By arming your selfs with legal back-up you may be able to get to the bottom of the problem as per point 3 mentioned above. 5. Why not members of your family start residing at the said property with him, after all you all are paying for the property. See how he likes that part of the childish game he appears to be playing...................... Like sometimes some people says that about the color that suits you , or any gems , or any days , any numbers. As far as my understanding I have got some strong planets and some week ones which influences my day to day works/problems , so I wish to know about them and if by somehow I can increases the affect of good planets and reduce the effect of bad ones. Sani is yog karak & very well placed in ur chart & currently with sani in ur 11th house, if u work hard u will certainly get a job. Sani gives slow results, but results are certain.
