Due to loss of partener, following some rules may be included. 1) Mars in 12th with more points, Venus in 7th in Dwiswabhav sign. (Dual sign) ( Dwiswabhav signs are Gemini, Virgo, Sagg., Pices) 2. Lord of 1st house in 2nd place with less points. ( This is for male chart only, Some time male have two wifes, both alive,) 3). For Taurus, Leo,Scorpio,and Aquarius ascendent if Venus is in Dwisvabhav sign. More possbility if 7th lord is also in dual sign. 4) Mars in 2,4,7,8, and 12th house with more points reduces the life of spouse, but no effect if it is in the constellation of Moon. The time of remarriage should be decided considering the local customs, after the loss of spouse. It may also depend upon the sex of the person. In india Male may be allowed to remarry after 6 months, For female, some where may not be allowed. Some where it may depend on the age of the person and children. Aug 2, 1980 was born at 11:45 a.m. Sep 29,1976 was born at 5:55 p.m. Could you please look at this once more and tell me whether this marriage will or should take place or not. I am worried. Here you said lagna and 9th lords are in 5:9 and that is correct, next u told that Ve is in krittika also so that is correct so it means the status of Venus is spoilt isn’t it. Now, lagna lord is Venus and 9th lord is Me and they are in 5:9 in navamsa. But lagna lord who is Venus what is the status of that lord? So u are seeing these things, but take your time to study each thing carefully and then come to a conclusion. Here there is delay due to Ju and Sa so that is correct. Here 6th lord is with 6 bindus and that is Ju and for Libra lagna and Cancer lagna Ju being 6th lord is worst. Here it is aspecting Ma who is 2nd and 7th lord so then in that case what happens? That is also given in archives or lessons. Now check Venus, again, its in navamsa of Ju who is 6th lord as well so again here the status is being affected and so is the status of blessing. So here Ju must come close to Ma in transit. So a bit more detail after Ju enters Cancer and a bit more to remove the effects of Ve in Krittika so say Ju should touch 11th house, there by it will aspect 7th house so 2 hits of Sa. So around 1st Aug 2003, Ju will enter Cancer, thereby aspecting 7th house. So delay will get over after that. Mercury antra starts after that and it can give marriage. So first time, it come over Mars who is 7th lord and next time he will come to 11th house so 2nd hit to 7th house. So first time Ju will rectify its own delay i.e when it comes over 7th lord and then next, when it comes to 11th house it will aspect 7th house so it will rectify Ve in Krittika making way clear for marriage.
